1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and jayia9 ("jayia9", "we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the jayia9 website at jayia9.net, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

jayia9 provides an online gaming and cricket betting platform designed for adult players in Bangladesh. The platform operates in English and processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). These Terms govern your use of all services offered through jayia9, including but not limited to live casino games, sports betting, slot games, crash games, and any promotional or bonus offers.

jayia9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. 2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use the jayia9 platform. By completing the registration process, you declare that you are 18 years of age or older. jayia9 operates a strict 18+ policy and conducts age verification as part of the account registration and verification process.

If it is determined at any point that a registered player is under the age of 18, jayia9 will immediately close the account, void any winnings, and take steps to return deposited funds where legally required. jayia9 will not knowingly accept registrations from individuals under the age of 18 and will report any suspected underage use to relevant authorities where required.

2.2 Eligibility Criteria

To register and maintain an active account on jayia9, you must meet all of the following criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a human individual registering on your own behalf — corporate or automated registrations are not permitted.
• You do not hold any other account on jayia9 (one account per person, per household, per device, per IP address).
• You are not acting on behalf of another person in connection with gaming activity.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register applicable to online gaming, nor have you requested self-exclusion from jayia9 directly.
• You have not previously had an account on jayia9 that was closed for breach of these Terms.

2.3 Registration Process

To create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information as requested in the registration form. Required information includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You must not use fictitious identities, pseudonyms, or false details of any kind during registration or subsequent verification.

jayia9 may at any time request additional documentation to verify your identity, address, or the source of funds used on the platform. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Obligations

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jayia9 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact jayia9 support immediately at [email protected]. jayia9 will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access where such access resulted from your failure to adequately protect your credentials.

3.2 Accurate Information

You are obliged to keep the personal information associated with your account accurate and up to date. Changes to your name, address, email address, or phone number must be updated through your account settings or by contacting support. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3.3 Prohibited Account Uses

You agree that you will not use your jayia9 account in any of the following ways:

• To engage in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• To use automated software, bots, algorithms, or any artificial intelligence tool to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting markets.
• To exploit software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in the platform — any such discovery must be reported to support immediately.
• To collude with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• To make deposits using payment methods not registered in your own name.
• To open or operate multiple accounts across the same household, IP address, or device.
• To make chargeback requests in bad faith after claiming bonuses or receiving game winnings.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jayia9 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All payment methods used for deposits must be registered in your own name — jayia9 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your jayia9 wallet in real time. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to two banking business days to clear, depending on the originating bank's processing times. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. jayia9 does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by jayia9 during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Mobile money withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically completed within 24 hours of the request being approved. Bank transfer withdrawals may take two to five banking business days. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

Before processing your first withdrawal, jayia9 will complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification check. You will be required to provide proof of identity and proof of the payment method used for deposits. jayia9 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests pending completion of this verification process.

4.4 Declined Transactions

jayia9 reserves the right to decline any deposit or withdrawal transaction that it reasonably suspects is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, jayia9 will notify the player and may request additional documentation before proceeding.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

Promotional bonuses and offers on jayia9 are available to eligible registered adult players aged 18 and above. Specific eligibility criteria for each promotion — including minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and geographic restrictions if applicable — are stated in the individual promotion's terms at the time of the offer.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is displayed in the promotion terms before you opt in. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times in total before a withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.

Certain game types may contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

jayia9 has zero tolerance for bonus abuse. Activities considered to constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once; using low-risk hedging strategies designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal actual gaming risk; and co-ordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonuses and associated winnings voided and may be permanently closed.

5.4 Promotional Modifications

jayia9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to opted-in players as promptly as reasonably possible. Completion of a promotion's requirements prior to any modification will be honoured under the original terms.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on jayia9 — including live dealer games, slots, crash games, and sports betting markets — are supplied by certified third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to its own published rules and uses a certified random number generator (RNG) or live-dealing process to determine outcomes.

8. Limitation of Liability

jayia9 is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party game providers whose titles appear in the platform's lobby. Each provider is responsible for the operation of their own games in accordance with their published rules and certification standards.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of jayia9 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
